Introducing Windy to your Team

Once you've connected your chat system, configured your Org chart, and set up your first Routine, you're ready to onboard your team to Windmill.

Tips for Onboarding your Team into Windmill:

1. Proactive communications: We recommend chatting with your team before rolling out Windmill/sending out your first Routine. It's helpful to explain the background of the platform and why it's useful for your org:, so people understand how and why they should engage with Windy.

2. Ensuring correct access levels: In the Settings tab of Windmill, you can select "Employees" and invite people to join the platform from there. There are two different access tiers -- if you're adding an employee that you'd like to help manage the platform, be sure to add them as an Admin. Please note that Slack only users don't need to be invited to Windmill's dashboard.

3. Set up a training: Windmill offers team and manager training. Please reach out via Slack or to support@gowindmill.com if you're interested in this for your team, and we'll get it set up.
