Better handling for overlapping routines

As Windmill continues to grow within organizations, we've seen instances where a single team member is enrolled in multiple Routines. This can create an uncomfortable experience for team members where they are being asked the same question multiple times in a week.

Now, when setting up a Routine, Windmill can alert you to any team members who are already enrolled in that Routine. As part of this fix, you can now have multiple Feedback and Recap Routines running across an organization.

Bug Fixes and Improvements

  • Resolved a bug with merging duplicate employees and improved the overall experience

  • Fixed a bug with the CSV export from the stats page

  • When creating a routine that sends "manually", we moved the "run" button to make it clearer where you can begin your routine

  • Improvements to the Weekly Priorities Report format

  • Improvements to Google Meet syncs

  • Improved the Routine creation flow to show relevant integrations earlier in the flow

  • Better handling for long Report titles in the "Reports" tab

  • Improvements to the quality of the Goals generator

  • Fix for the Groups dropdown and Groups icons

  • Include the date for CSV export

  • When relevant, moved the Action Items to the top of Reports
